POP Global

About us

POP Africa: the infrastructure line of POP Global.

POP Africa brings together POP's antenna site and fibre optic work on the continent. POP Nigeria and POP DRC are its operating companies, each building and running infrastructure in its own market.

POP Africa

Two companies, two services, one model

Leadership

Who runs it

  • Yechiel Ross: Chairman of the Board, POP Global Holdings LLC, and Chairman and President of POP Congo SA. Works across telecommunications infrastructure, cross-border corporate structuring and institutional real estate, from Bucharest.
  • Badajite Cluwaye Hoshoti: Co-Chief Executive and managing partner, POP Nigeria. Leads the Nigerian operation, the build programme and the relationships with operators.

What we are not

An infrastructure owner, not an operator of networks.

POP Africa's companies do not hold mobile spectrum and do not sell retail mobile service. We build, own and run the physical layer, the antenna sites and the fibre, and the licensed operators run their networks over it. That separation is deliberate. It keeps us out of competition with our own customers, and it is what allows several of them to sit on the same structure.

Partnerships, supply and site opportunities.

POP Africa is open to conversations in both of its markets.
