We use only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to make the Service work and keep it secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking or social media cookies, and we do not record your sessions. Because of this, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

If we ever want to use analytics or any other non-essential technology, we will not switch it on until you have actively agreed, through a banner in which "Accept" and "Reject" are equally easy, and we will update this notice with a new version first.

2. What we use

Public website (popnigeria.com). The public website sets no cookies at all and stores nothing in your browser.

Investor portal (portal.popnigeria.com). The portal is not open yet. Before it opens, we will update this notice with a new version that lists each strictly necessary cookie or browser storage item the portal uses, with its purpose and duration.

Our hosting provider may process technical data (such as IP address) in server logs to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks. This does not involve storing anything on your device. See the Privacy Notice.

3. Third-party content

The Service does not load third-party tracking scripts. If any third-party content is added, we will list it here.

4. Your choices

You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. If you block strictly necessary storage, the portal login will not work.

5. Changes

Each version of this notice has its own document ID and effective date. A material change (for example, adding any non-essential technology) requires your acceptance of the new version once, and, for non-essential technologies, your separate consent.
